Hand tooled and painted panel. Offerings to the Land, East Hand. One of four panels. This panel features the marsh landscape to the East of New Orleans with a metallic watching eye hand affixed to the front. Each panel is surrounded by a frame of hand nailed glass Mardi Gras beads.
